Any way to know rating prior to adding guys to the Recruiting Board?
 

What do A+, A, A-, B+, B , B-, C+, C and C- stats translate to for:

Catching
ThP
ThA
Awareness
MCv
ZCv
Tackle

Any info or a chart of some sort would be greatly appreciated

The letter grades are pretty much the same as what you'd get in highschool

100-91 A+ to A-
90 to 80 B+ to B-
79 to 70 C+ to C-
69-60 D+ to D-
59 below F

Not true in all cases. I have had alot of defensive players with A+ awareness that will only translate to the low and high 70s and on rare occasion maybe an 80 or 81.

That's because Awareness is the only progression rating and is graded differently.

A+ for AWR means 64 and above, not 90 and above.

So if i recruit a qb with b+ thp and his tha was a b- his passing should be between 87-90 for thp and between 81-84 for tha?

It should be somewhere in that range, yes.

B- usually equates to around a 77 arm in the low end of the range, and 82-83 at the very upper end of the range. The ranges mentioned above should only be taken as a VERY general guide, but are still useful in coming to a general understanding.
