recruiting and subs
 

1.) coach strategy/substitutions - I use texas who uses 45 for off. subs and 45 for def. subs... does lowering or raising these settings increase substitutions... I want more guys to play because it helps progression (i think)

2.) Anyone know a good way to simulate recruiting effectively?

I know you have to fill your recruiting bored yourself because they are just stupid, and that you should rank them.

And I don't mind doing quick calls so I'm open for any other suggestions... or if anyone could point me to a post where this is better discussed.
