Can I put Division 1-AA teams in NCAA??

Is it possible to get Georgia Southern/App. State into NCAA 09? I have heard that it is possible and if anyone knows how, please give me a detailed response because I have spent days trying to figure this out.

It's possible if you play the Playstation 2 version because the PS2 version of the game has more features and teams than the newer, more technologically advanced Playstation 3/Xbox 360.

You hope that EA Sports someday decides that a newer system is capable of handling features that are in 5 year old games.

Been hoping for 4 years now, don't have much hope left of it happening on this generation of consoles.
