NHL 09 Manual Rosters Update thru Jan 25

I've created a spreadsheet, gone through every NHL and AHL team noting what updates and CAPs need to be done. The CAPs I've made using the following site (which by the way is awesome): http://petrpuck.blogspot.com/
I basically ignored injuries, for the most part, as that is an easy fix for anyone following my list. Just go down through the "Transactions" worksheet from top to bottom. Let me know what you think.

I'm going to go through the Free Agent list, as well as foreign leagues. I've been trying to use http://www.hockeydb.com for those teams, but some are not updated. Anyone know of any better source for those teams?

I was going to create a worksheet with links to lines, but wasn't sure which site was most up to date. If anyone know, I can add that too.

Note: I tried attaching an .xlsx file (Excel 2007), but not allowing me to. Can someone please let me know how to, and I will post it. Thanks!!

put your excel file into a zip folder (.rar) and then upload the .rar file - the excel file will be inside the folder...then we can download it and open the folder and get it.

I actually used the 360, but I assume the PS3 uses the same roster updates.

I am still confused on how to open the file can anyone clear this up. I have a iMac if that makes a difference.

I actually used the 360, but I assume the PS3 uses the same roster updates.

I've never uploaded anything to my 360, so do I put this file on a flash drive???? If so how do I save it to the game and everything????

uh, there's no file here to upload, guys...it's an excel spread sheet that has a listing of all the moves you have to make to update your rosters, not a roster file.

um i downloaded winrar but cant run it HELP

Install it (WinRAR), click on .rar file in my first post, then click open. Let me know if that doesn't work.
