Anyone from Europe ordered the game? (Traditional thread)
 

I felt as time was getting on, as well as EnglishMet reminding me, that it was time to start our traditional "Anyone from Europe ordered the game thread"....in here we can chat about various things (mainly deliveries!) and catch up with each other following the same type of thread for the other US sports in the other forums.

Well, to start it off I pre-ordered my copy from VG+ prior to the end of 2008 - just shows how confident I was that this game is going to be huge.

VG+ have gone back to their original shipping method (Canadian Airmail) and as such orders are turning up anytime from 4-7 days from shipping - which is good news. So, I guess from my point of view (and a few others that are with VG+) it's roll on March 9th or so..unless it arrives quicker...I know last year my copy was posted from Canada on the Tuesday (release day) and it arrived on the Friday....

Welcome back everyone, good to hear from you all again (you know who you all are!!)

Enjoy the build up and I hope you've all managed to get a hold of the demo.

Not yet, I'll pre-order sometime before the end of February though.

yes, VG+ is the way to go.

I pray to god the game arrives only 2-3 days after release, maybe friday the 5th.

Havent done it but will pre-order with VG+ very soon

will also, finally, buy a DVi-HDMI cable for my LCD to play this game in it´s "full beauty"!

i know that if u pay for DHL express shipping it takes a maximum of 3 days...but that costs 69.99 CND
