It doesn't appear to be. I believe they pulled that shot from actual game play footage.

im skeptical that it isn't enhanced by some artificial means (i.e replay filter, photoshop, etc.), you can already tell they played with some depth of field blur but i still need to pick my jaw up off the ground. Hopefully the models aren't all super shinny like in 08 w/Unis like TCU.
