G4 is a tech channel while Spike is a guys channel. Just be happy we are getting more media. If you don't want to listen to it then just hit mute.

G4 has ruined TechTV ( I used to watch TechTV all day! ).. All the good shows are gone ( Attack of the Show is stupid ).

As far as Xplay.. I stopped watching it as soon as they put that ditz Morgan on the show. Adam + Blair ( the guy ) is a much better combo... Actually I think Blair would do just as well doing the show alone.

I think what stood out to them was the controls of 2K8. I remember the review well. They said that The Show's controls were border line getting old, which made 2K's controls a very refreshing change. Later

I know, TechTV was great, couldn't stop watching. Attack of the Show is one of the most stupidest shows I have ever seen, they try to be funny when in reality it's not. Just plain stupidity.

2K8's controls were good, but unfortunately it didn't have great gameplay to back them up. If it would've been more like 2K7 with the addition of new controls then I would've been more inclined to agree with their rating, but it took too many steps back when compared to 2K7 (graphics were worse, AI didn't steal any more, online had more lag, etc).

Attack Of The Show is good IMO.

I'll check it out but X Play isn't something I look at seriously for sporting game reviews.
