Like you said, the pre-season is really worthless as it stands at this point.

i just want there to be a plan and for it not to just seem like random progression like this year.

for example I played a season as the skins. Started Colt Brennan. His season stats. 17 TD's, 31 INT's. He progressed up 7 points overall, I was happy of course, but that shouldn't happen.

Agreed.

I like to play my franchise as realistic as possible, and the pre-season games should be a part of that. But I just can't justify the time spent to play those four games...really for nothing.

hell im not even opposed to a potential rating like nba 2k has. Personally a potential grade, along with performance based progression would be best.
