Crahing/Freezing during sim in manager mode?

I am pretty sure that other people have encountered this redic but I was wondering how to go about fixing the problem of your system freezing after a few seasons of manager mode while the computer sims the other games. If you have any help, please share!!

This is true, I was thinking of making a half star into a five star but i love my inter team that i have right now, everyone is at least 92 overall and they are all under 25. anyone else have some help.
