Help for my son -Wii version dynasty

I just noticed that my son is only recruiting 3 guys for next season. He doesn't know how to add guys or even take guys off his list. The book is of no help. If anyone else has a Wii version, please tell me what we need to do to add more recruits, search through a list of recruits, etc. Thanks
