Player Contract attitude?

I'm really hoping that a little info comes out about franchise mode soon. Probably won't come til midsummer though. Anyway...

Most people agree that signing a player is way too easy. Now my idea is for a player to have an attitude towards their contract.

Ex:
DeMarcus Ware
Contract Happiness (Holdout if gets to low)- 20
Player Role (starter or bench player)- 95
Team chemistry (how he fits in)- 95
Player Happiness (Shows if he'll resign)- 90
Player Ranking (This explains a player asking for big contracts)- #1 ROLB out 200 RILB.

I know this is basic, but i would like to see something like this.

Well this doesn't sound a whole lot different from whats in HC for contracts there are like 20-25 different player personalities and it also varies on their success,etc.
I would love to see this implemented into Franchise this year...

Another example of something I hope they pull over from Head Coach. There seem to be a lot of factors... even to the point where I have a guy (DeAngelo Hall) who positively loves me as a coach (99 approval) but still refuses to sign, I'm presuming because he wants to test the open market.
