When will opening day rosters be out for the living rosters

I am waiting for these to start my franchise. Just wondering if anybody has heard if they are going to be out monday or whatever??

I am waiting as well. I would assume they would be out today, i am thinking anytime after 9am EST..fingers crossed

If I had to guess I would say tomorrow or Wednesday.
They are gonna want to wait until alot of these rookies play their first Major League game so they can put their names in the game. They can not put a guys real name in the game until they play their 1st game.

I'd personally say tomorrow so that they know that all the rosters are correct and up to date, including line-ups from opening day and rotations.

Has anyone downloaded the living rosters lately?
Let me start by saying I do not have the internet at home (long story).
Anyway I really wanted to download both of the patches for this game and get some decent rosters. So I took my whole 360 system to my buddies house last night who has xbox live.
First I downloaded both of the patches and then the living rosters.
Have they updated the living rosters lately??
The reason I ask is because all the rosters look dead on to me!
I am a huge Reds fan and there roster is perfect, including having John McDonald on the team. They had the whole 25 man roster correct!!! Did I download the right roster?? Did I download someones own personal roster that they had edited?? I thought for sure I just downloaded the plain old 2k living roster. Did they updated them last night and not tell anyone?
Also I just wanted to say this game is alot better after the 2nd patch!

2k servers were down last night so i was unable to do so. but take a look at the mets and see if sheffield is on thew roster. If he is then they should be the most updated rosters..

I am actually headed to see if they have an update right now, i will do another post shortly....

I think daily updates start up again tomorrow per 2k.com

John McDonald is a shortstop for the Blue Jays...are you thinking of Reds outfielder Darnell McDonald? If the rosters you downloaded had John on the team, they're most likely unofficial.

I posted on the 2k fourms about this. They are going to be incoming in the next day or 2. Hopefully tomorrow. They are just waiting on a few things by the MLBPA, then there will be a huge roster update. After that, they willl be more frequent.

It should update when everything loads at the beg. Like when it loads your user profile, it usually does roster updates there as well.

any word on if 2k is gonna do the right thing and give the people that spent money on there product the freedom to edit everything like last year? I still think the game is crappy It looks amazing but there are to many bugs. NO edits to pitches and stances really got me heated. They need to fix that problem in a patch. They screwed up pitchers and what they throw to begin with. Daniel Ray Herrera throws a screwball in real life, but not on this p.o.s. game and I can't fix it. drives me crazy.
