Road to the show ?

Ok got a ? About advancement goals. It gives me categories to improve on and so I use my training points to increase these ratings. I get to the end if that advancement period and I get no checks on any of my goals no matter how much I boost these ratings. What is the deal with that?

you're not boosting em enough

it normally takes about 200 points at once or 6 shots of 40 points each

Yeah, there really isn't any other answer we can give you other than to pour as many points into whatever advancement goals are given to you until you see that "check mark" (don't worry, it'll happen). Good luck brotha!

dnt worry bout the goals man, just do your thing remember they are YOUR points spend them as u choose and as u want. If you do good enough, how is the manager going to deny you playing time?

Goals matter a ton. If you don't do your goals, you will be spending your career in AA.

have you even PLAYED the freaking game?! you seem so... clueless... in all of your posts!

everyone knows that your goals matter more than your skills in RTTS you could be hitting 100 HRs with a 1.000 average and still be on the bench for not completing goals

Goals matter a ton. If you don't do your goals, you will be spending your career in AA.

Couldn't have said it any better! Always focus on your goals, at least contribute to 50-75% of them so you don't provoke your manager.

everyone knows that your goals matter more than your skills in RTTS you could be hitting 100 HRs with a 1.000 average and still be on the bench for not completing goals

I play this game a ton man i play online and chise all day every day,

alright i admit i played like RTTS for a day, cuz i got cut form the yankees which wasnt far and i didnt like being in the minors. So yea i might not be the best person to listen to about RTTS

but here is a tip to kinda cheat RTTS, you can play in the majors without going threw minors for 70 years. Create a player, give him all 99 in your attributes and put him on a ML squad. There you go man your now a stud in the majors.

I did that and it sure beats playing in aa.

but here is a tip to kinda cheat RTTS, you can play in the majors without going threw minors for 70 years. Create a player, give him all 99 in your attributes and put him on a ML squad. There you go man your now a stud in the majors.

The WHOLE POINT of Road to the Show is to work your way up from the minors and be a star. And no player is EVER gonna be all 99's in every attribute.

He means play Exhibition or Franchise with him.

Seriously, take a note from me, and the other guys that HAVE played this mode enough times to be yelled at by the wife, and written up by the boss for missing days. Complete the goals, it has been said e'nuff and couldnt be said anymore.
