EA really needs to address this ratings problem.....
I just saw this youtube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnjvOaN-lKA
It speaks for itself. Hope this is fixed in madden 2010. |

Re: EA really needs to address this ratings problem.....
I think this proves that currently player weight plays no role what so ever in what goes on the field, which I feel needs to be addressed.... and teh ratings as well.
Agreed that the guys voice is a bit annoying, but lets throw that aside. He's built a 170lb, 5'5 running back with 0 trucking and 0 elusiveness... and we see him truck stick right through T. Suggs. I agree with him completely... how is that even possible?! I mean, 0 trucking should mean that he can't truck...ever.. right? Something is very wrong with all of this, and hopefully Ian and co have this resolved. |

Once he became lead dev, he reworked everything from the base down to get rid of all the gimmicks that have been in the years past like the FB dive issues and is fixing the game to make it sim from the bottom up. He has studied(and made his crew study) 2k games and other games like The Show that may help him get some insight to what to do. He even stated he never wants to hear anyone compare 2k5 to madden. Overall, the devs of old didnt care. Thats how such horrible things could be produced. The current dev group does care and want to make the best game possible. |
