I was reading a forum on ea sports world and this one guy made a point about whats on sunday is what needs to be in madden 10.
I found the valid point and i was wondering what u guys think.
What do you guys think? Im ready for the real deal this year.

I see your point! The skin tone in real life may be a bit darker but that might be due to his tatoos all over that he doesn't have in the game. Of course the mouthpiece isn't there and his hair seems a little tame for what he sports in the pic. Thats what sticks out to me right off the bat.

The point I get is that to the average fan they are probably going, he looks great. To you, it might be your favorite team so you will notice more. Just like if it were Adrian Peterson, I would be all over that stuff!

The white in madden is not very vivid its more like an off white, it drives me crazy. they need to work on the colors.

up the authencity Thats all im saying.
2k has it all madden didnt but ian has the power to change that

yea i definitely have noticed that..same for NCAA it seems.


With Jackson though, they need to make his head bigger overall imo (i mean it looks like a huge noggin), with a lot more dreadlocks..along with the mouth piece.

Now I am all for authenticity, but PLEASE stop with the "2K has it all" nonsense....I have 2K5, with the most recent rosters and Steven Jackson in 2K5 does not look even 1/2 as good as the Madden NFL 10 model let alone the picture of Jackson from a game...

Can Madden NFL 10 keep improving? Damn straight it can and should and will (if you believe your eyes and ears in what we see from 09 to 10...)

Was 2K5 the paragon of perfection? Hell no! There are thousands of these little details that are totally wrong in 2K...

Not trying to hate on 2K at all...I was playing it today as a matter of fact (and have been playing it more than Madden even since I got the updated rosters)...but the fact is that the constant refrain of "2K was so much better than 'x" or 'y' screenshot is bunk!!

Everything is right, just it's the wrong facemask, no mouthpiece and no backplate

^^^ the rams logo on his sleeve looks too small, and his jersey is tucked around the shoulder pads, not hanging loose like the madden pic.

The gloves look wrong too, but I don't know he may wear those gloves for home games and the other ones for away.

All in all though, it is quite good overall.
