I just lost 20-4 against the Yankees. Came back the next game and beat them 2-1.

I just got to the Yankees home opener series with the Indians in my Franchise. Lee and Wood pitched in the first game giving me a 3-2 win and Carmona and Smith pitched the second game giving me an 11-3 win. I hope I can keep it going over the next 2 games.

The Stankees just beat me 16-4 last night. Guthrie got rocked and was out in the third something like 22 total hits. I gave up 8 in the first 3 Hr's. Next game Hill pitched and threw a complete game shutout 3 hitter.

I love this game.

Sometimes it's just not your game. I'm convinced there is some sort of engine in the game which pulls luck one side or another. I have had sooo many games where I've rocked the computer for 10 runs / 15 hits to come to the 3rd game and get shut out.

After about 4 innings of shutout ball when I feel like I'm batting well (a lot of wheelhouse: perfect/normal swings) I start keeping track...it's ridiculous. On games where I'm on, bad swings go for hits, but on bad games, I have gone over 20 wheelhouse: perfect/normal swings square at the 2nd basemen. It's extremely frustrating, I think you just have to play through them and go on to the next game. If your team is good enough, they'll come out on top more times than not, that's the difference. I definitely feel like the game is rigged often so that you're forced to win/lose certain games.

I got blasted by the Cubs back to back in Wrigley 15-1 and 18-4.

Speaking of Indians/Yankees April series, I just got swept by Cleveland. Their hitting isn't even good but I got shut down by Pavano, Lee, and Carmona. The annoying thing is that CC and Burnett had good stuff but gave up big homers when it mattered. CC especially gave up a homer with 2 outs in the 8th that blew the game.

Cc for me always gets rocked in the 1st inning for 3 or4 runs then settles in until the 8th. It is maddening! Last night I struck out the first 2 then I proceed to give up 5 runs on 38 pitches! But the rest of the way I cruised and collected 13 k's and ve back to win 12 to 6.

Sounds like he has Joba's problems like he does in real life. For me, Joba started out great in my season but he has been a mess the last 5 games he started loosing 5 in a row. I moved him to the bullpen to get his confidence up and have Phil Hughes pitching in his spot. Hughes has been ok for me and has been holding it down pretty well.

CC pitched against the Jays IRL last night and it looks as though he ate away about 50% of his ridiculous contract in the offseason.

What a fat lump. (Good pitcher though). The Jays lost.

The fun thing about pitching him is that he really does eat innings in the game. Even though he's 0-3 for me, he'll pitch deep into games.

I do the best with Joba and Andy P. But neither can go past 6 innings very often which sucks. I have gotten a ton of K's with Chamberlain and tons of ground ball outs with Andy. Good thing for me that Bruney is lights out right now. Unhitable just about, automatic for 2 innings for sure! I think I have to trade Wang though, his throwing motion is waaaaay to annoying for me and he gets into seriously deep counts. I like Edwin Jackson and that other tiger Porcello? Might trade the Wanger for one of them.

I love pitching with CC. He is just a dominating force for me, 3-0 so far with a 1.23 era or so. The game I got blown up in Joba was pitching. He has gotten rocked so bad in the 3 starts he has had I am giving him 1 more and its then bullpen time. Even knowing how hes been shelled I try my best to pitch well with him to no avail...hes either giving up bombs or im walking guys lol.

That is why I love this game. You never know whats gonna happen.

Question: In franchise how to do I change a starter to relief...endurance wise? Where can I edit this?
