Keeping a 32 man NFL league running smooth is very much a chore and almost impossible. Mainly because the game has been out a while and our community is pretty small considering. So just getting enough "solid" members would be hard enough. Then keeping everyone on track and getting games in, staying interested, and so on is pretty much a lost cause. A 10-12 man league is about perfect size.

The NFL Sim League I ran got up to 32 players in season 4 and it was very difficult to get everyone validated (their teams), get a real NFL schedule working (had to configure it all ourselves), and then to get everyone to play their games. 32 NFL teams sounds really nice, but it's very, very hard for an admin, you really need about 4 admins to run it effectively, and then you need 32 really dedicated people to get all their games in for the season.

Up until season 4, when we stuck to 16 guys, we literally had 90% of all games played, which is a pretty high percentage for an online league. Once we went to 32 though, it went down to like 50% and was 4x as hard to manage.

Sorry, I'm not running it anymore. I tried the to get the NFL Simulation League - Road to the Playoffs going, but couldn't get enough participation to make it viable. Check my signature for a link to it.

DTrain's UFL just wrapped up and I don't know if he's going to have another season. It was a progression league and run through www.2kfootballstrategy.com.

I think flaxwless's NPL (NFL Progression League) is still in play though under new management (not sure who) and it's run over a 2K Sports forums..

I suggest taking a look at the forums here, there are a couple of good NFL Sim leagues. Beyond that, the only other one I'm aware of at this time is the one tjspeaks is running over at 2K Sports forum. It's currently in progress. You should touch base with him and request to be a backup. Might get you in this season so you can play next.

Those are all of the NFL leagues I can think of at this time.
