PS2 2010 Rosters?

From early reports it looks like I will big skipping the PS3 v. again this year and going with PS2 2010. Just checking in to see if anyone is doing or wants to help put a roster together.

I'll be honest, I'm on the fence right now. With TeamBuilder for 360, I'm really leaning towards buying the 360 version this season and moving on, because CAS is the only thing I was using on PS2 that 360 didn't have.

I won't know until the gaming websites get early copies and post something though. If there's any glitches in the 360 version I'll most likely stay with the PS2 then, and I'll definitely head up rosters for a 6th year.

If Kle moves on to next gen, my hand will probably be forced and I'll pound them out myself. Although, I must admit, I'm not the fastest in the world, but in the end I'm always very happy with the result. I downloaded Kle's last year and they were excellent, and of course, made my own edits to them. I'm pretty sure I found all your "signatures", Kle. You are a sly dog.

Well if the EA Devs ever answer me, I might be able to finally decide. If the roster issues from the 360 are NOT on the PS2, and the PS2 has some halfway decent base rosters, then I would probably stick with PS2. However, no EA Devs seem to be answering.

I just wouldn't have the time to edit that much stuff on my own if the PS2 version has the same rosters as the 360 version. That would add another 3 weeks onto the 2.5-3 weeks it already takes. But if there's a good default set, it makes things a lot easier...

I will admit though, I've already done some preparation to move on to the 360. I went out and bought a router last week anticipating the move, but with all this roster stuff...who knows at this point. I might not get either game if they both have roster issues.

I have a question....I just decided to go back to a PS2 until I can afford to get a PS3...but how do u move the rosters from your computer to the memory card....what do i need to buy to do the transfer if anything?

AR Max or Max Drive...or sending your memory card to whoever has the rosters.

Ditto here. I only have a PS2 and a Wii, so if the rosters are the same with PS2 on TB, I'm going to pass on 2010 this year, and just continue on with 09. However, if the 09 rosters are acceptable, I may be able to help out with some of the teams. I have usually used yours in the past, but update alot of teams, so might as well use my updating skills to help out the community.

I guess I'm confused on what the roster issue is with team builder. Is this feature screwing up the real teams rosters? How so? Seems since team builder is a next-gen feature, that it wouldn't affect the PS2 version...whatever the issue is.

The problem is that the rosters shipping with the 360 version are bad. Terrible. Lots of teams have no freshmen on them, lots of teams have players who already graduated on them. The question is whether or not PS2 got the same messed up roster, or if they actually loaded the correctly updated roster onto the PS2 version.

Oh, crap. That would be terrible. Might as well just manually update my 09 game myself if that's the case and save the money.

I would love an answer to that as well because if the rosters on the PS2 are OK, I am definetly buying the PS2 version.

I think rosters will be correct because

1. They have different ratings and attributes
2. There are different development teams for Old-Gen and New-Gen

Ya if the PS2 rosters are good i'll definitely be getting both the PS2 and PS3 versions.
