Season Mode - progression??

After I play one Season in Season mode does it start all over for season two or do players progress?

its season mode, not franchise. Once you finish the year, its over.

But then - what is the fantasy Draft for - particularly if the players do not go on your roster until the next season ??

season mode extends as long as you want it to. So yes, player pogress. It just doesn't have the financials and marketing junk that franchise has. Also there is only a 40 man roster not 75 man. So There's only MLB and AAA.
