    Question: Online Wii Play

hey guys --- question for you with Wii Live... I didn't have Tiger 09, so I'm not sure if this is possible

Is it possible to play different courses (18 holes only, not a tournament) with a few friends online?

I realize you probably can't setup weekly tournaments with friends but if you could play in groupings of 4 maybe and keep scores, you could do make-shift tournaments no?

So like if I had 11 friends who were in a "league" with me... we could have 3 different four-somes play a round, and announce their scores. Would this work?

Yes, you can play stroke play up to 4 people. It uses simultaneous play so you will see your friends shots represented by flying colored lines. It works well so that you can all finish a hole fairly quickly.

Another option is to have everyone play the Play the Pros tourney every week. There is a friends leaderboard for that tourney that will show how everyon has done. Might be a little more feasible as getting 3 sets of foursomes together to play at the same time and then tracking the information could be very tricky.
