Question about Road to Glory
 
Since EA had that problem with the rosters, does that mean once they put out a roster in the EA locker that we can load up Road to Glory with custom rosters?

Or do we have to use the game default rosters?

This is one I'm not sure about. We may have to go the old way by creating yourself like we did to get named rosters.

Just go through high school, sign your stuff, write down stats, go make him.

But you know what I want to see in RtG? If we are like a 4th string player as a freshman, why can't we get redshirted?

it'll use default rosters like previous version. already conformed by a dev that Road to Glory wasn't made to accept custom rosters.

however, it's likely that the work around that worked the last 2 versions will work for NCAA 10. basically once you do all the high school stuff and choose a school, you can write down all your ratings, back out to main menu. use create-a-player to create your player then when you go to start RtG choose use existing player and pick the player you created. the only thing you'll miss out on is having your high school accomplishments.

You'll also miss out on the Erin Andrews videos and presentations. The presentations are based on milestones you reach and events that happen. She talks about your highschool performance, your recruitment, the school you sign with, your first start, how many times you have won an award.... none of it would make sense with existing players, which is what a created player dropped on a roster before starting the mode appears to the game as.

So basically it's either enjoy named rosters for RtG, or have good presentation? God forbid we just get both...

Any chance when you patch the online rosters the RtG rosters can be patched as well?

Wait, I coulda sworn the previous versions used whatever roster was loaded... was this changed?
