However, the running animations, presentation, and sliders are going to need some work according various sources. One of the things that i look forward to every year is learning how to play the game and getting use to the new animations and what you can and cant get away with on defense. Now next gen has been a huge disappointment every year and this year i fully expect the game to fall short of the expectations of the next gen crowd but that doesnt mean i cant enjoy this game. I dont think the gameplay is going to be horrible but it's not going to be greeat either. I expect the game to be better than 09 and i believe it will be. Unfortunately Ncaa 10 will be what Ncaa 08 should've been, they're taking baby steps but that doesnt mean we cant enjoy it. I try to keep an open mind and i am definitely not going to judge THIS game before it comes out. Does it need work? Absolutely, but try playing the NBA Live series on next gen then play NBA 2k and see who really has a lot of work to do, same with ncaa basketball then play college hoops 2k8(which passes coach k as the best college bb game ever). I would like to hear what you truly think but just think about the good and the bad and not just the bad.

A different view
I have a different view of how this game will play once it releases. I am looking forward to this game because it is different than 09 and based on the very short demo it is better. There are more tackle animations(still not enough IMO), more catch animations, more break tackle animations(again not enough IMO), OL/DL is better it's just going to take us time to get use to it, TEAMBUILDER is cool(when the game comes out and you actually get to play with the team you'll see how cool it is), Zone defenses are much better, and the uniform edits. Those are all positives IMO.

Re: A different view
What i was trying to say at the end is that the EAs basketball games have an even longer way to go to being great than the football games. We as fans of the sport and the game will never be completely satisfied. I just can't write off this game before i even play the retail version. I played the demo today on heisman, AA, varsity, and then freshman. I used DE Dunlap from UF and got 3, 4, 5, and 8 sacks respectively in the games that i played. It takes time for most people, myself included, to learn how to play a new game. I can still play this game but i cant even pick up an EA basketball game that's how disgusted i am when i try to play Live or College BBall. At least i know when i play the NCAA football series i am seeing improvements and the starting to realize its potential. Devs really need to work out the bugs though.Comment
