Ian and his team did some work on the sideline catch this year for madden 10. Where the guys will drag there feet more then they have in the past.

I get the sideline catch some times, they just are always out of bounds when they catch it for me.

The only time I see the sideline catch, it seems like its always the same exact animation being played out. No variety. Hopefully they changed this.
