Any indication if Madden 10 will have region restrictions?
Ive tried researching this online with no luck. Madden 09 is region free (meaning the US version works on PAL etc). Im hoping Madden 10 will be the same.

on PS3 yes any game is region free on ps3
xbox 360 however is a NO you have to have the PAL version
one of the many reasons PS3 is better then the 360 -

Im aware that all PS3 games are region free, but you seem to be indicating all Xbox 360 games are region locked, which is not the case. After moving to Australia most of my 360 games from the US worked on the PAL Xbox, including Madden 09.
I realize probably only a dev could answer this question at this stage, but I was just hoping.Comment

Have a look here once the game is released. I have a US360 and moved back to NZ, but will be importing the US version - I'll try it on my brother's PAL 360 and let you know if play-asia hasn;t found out before me:

I believe M09 was region free on the 360. Of course, it would have been far, far more relevant if EA made NCAA 360 region free, but they did not. Seems like a lost revenue stream to me, but hey, so does ****canning the PC version without giving it a fair crack, so what do I know :PComment
