Can you add players to your created teams?

I read a recent review that said that you can do any in-game roster edits for your created teams...you are locked in so to speak.

I was hoping that you could add players to your roster to fill out the roster numbers to get to 70.

No you can not, you can only edit rosters for CAS teams in a dynasty.

Okay then, so you can add players to your CAS team after you begin Dynasty?

Not really, the closest you can hope of is creating recruits and hoping they come to your school.
