Why can't I find my team?

I can't find anything I made. Just says "0 matches found"... search by team name, gamertag, city.... anything. Doesn't help. Anyone else having similar problems or ways I can resolve it and find my team. Thanks in advance!

*edit* Also this is for the Xbox360

It's because you created your team as a "Web" team. There's a few threads here discussing the problem.
