Help with the code?

I don't even know where to find the box code. I just bought mine from Wal-Mart. I have no clue how to get this code...

what about the gamespot codes? where are they located?

They should have given you a card with the code on it. If not call them up. Make sure they give you codes for the correct system (PS3 or 360). The codes are system specific.
