bands, windsocks, and field goal nets
the main question here is they claim that the bands really add to the atmosphere this year..do they just show bands marching before the game or are there more songs during the game? one of the best things about college football is the non stop band music or drum cadences. another thing how do the wind socks and field goal nets add to the experience:)

Re: bands, windsocks, and field goal nets
bama's band simply spells out GO GO GO before the game. wow, way to nail that one EA:confused:

Re: bands, windsocks, and field goal nets
The funniest thing I've seen is before my ASU game started, they listed a fact saying how prestigious their band was...
When it went to the game... It was completely generic. LOL |
Re: bands, windsocks, and field goal nets
Bands add little or almost nothing to the game IMO.

Re: bands, windsocks, and field goal nets
I say they keep the bands (for teams that actually have them), but put them at half time in the background while they play their music..
Over that, have the HALFTIME show playing. Pregame should be reserved for: Team Entrances Pregrame show with the announcers Players warming up Star breakdown Predictions The works Also, some research needs to be done about what teams actually have field goal nets.. Maybe even sign Allstate as a sponsor to get the logo on the nets.. NCAA 11 has to be about realism. |
