I'm sure this has been discussed many times, but when playing against the computer how long are your quarters?

I play 6 minute quarters. I find I can put up realistic stats with that and not have to hurry to the line every play.

10 minutes. That's the only way I can get 130+ plays per game because I play a slow deliberate style taking the playclock down every play.

Really? That would make every game take like 2 hours to finish plus the scores would be ridiculous.

7 minutes seems about right for me, not too long and not to short

It wouldn't be ridiculous if he ran the play clock down every play like he said he did. It would however make the game way too long and drawn out.

I play 6 minutes. I'm thinking about going with 7 because some guys don't get much pt.

10 minute quarters are crazy. I don't think I've ever played above 7.

7 minutes with Chew Clock on -- I get realistic score for both defensive and offensive games.

This works good for me but I've been thinking about changing to 6 min quarters with chew clock off so I could have time pre-snap. Does anyone do this and get realistic scores?

9 minutes. I get 120-130 total plays per game.

9 min quarters and I love it. I get anywhere from 125-145 plays which is great. Sure it takes about 1hr and 15 minutes plus, but I enjoy this game so much time flies.

For those wondering if my scores are ridiculous, they aren't even close to that level. I believe the highest scoring game I have had after playing 27 full games with a variety of different teams and different matchups has been 76 pts (45-31 loss).

My lowest scoring game was 13-9 (twice). I know that Michigan vs. ND was the latest one with that score.
