If you are talking about formation subs, they haven't been in the game for years.

They do have the package subs at the top of the play call window...I'm just confused by what one you are talking about.

Basically hit left or right on the analog stick to change them.

im talking about where you put your players in different positions when you are on the play call screen, like backup qb, or strong slot, or backup running back or something without having to press start and going to substitution

Its on the play call menu towards the top, you use the right analog stick to toggle thru them.
