Is the demo out for NTSC consoles, or just Australian/European users?
And do you know if there's a PS3 demo out? I don't have my Xbox connected to Xbox Live at the moment. I'm really excited for a demo if Americans can download it!

It's in the Canadian one but I can't get it yet. Apprently spending 200-400$ in DLC isn't good enough to get a demo on time and I need to spend another $60.

Last night, I connected my (American) 360 and searched the game marketplace for the demo. It's not listed under "new arrivals", so you have to search for it alphabetically. I don't have XBLA Gold, so I have to wait until Friday to download it.


Speculation has it that PS3 will get a demo around the time the game is released.

It's available to Xbox live gold members right now and then to all xbox live users on the 31st. I downloaded it on Saturday and I like it. With an NTSC demo hopefully thats a sign there is going to a North American release.

It was online when I was looking around last night. Showed in the new releases area I believe... 360.

Ha, I was thinking of trying to learn/understand cricket by playing this... it may as well be calculus to me. Maybe I'll check it out... was gonna come here and see if anyone had thoughts, but I guess nobody has gotten the demo yet.

How long is the demo anyway? Don't these things take like 4 days to play a single game?

Demo is 3 overs each. I can't wait to download it first thing tomorrow!

Test matches in cricket last several days, but the newly-created Twenty20 matches can be played in a matter of hours. In real life, of course. Video game cricket takes about as long as any other sports video game match.

Today, I logged on to Xbox Live to download the demo with my Silver account. To my surprise, it appears to have been removed. I am furious.

If someone who was able to download the demo could upload it for the rest of us, that'd be really cool.

Frick! Has the demo been removed?

Now I'm no expert, but I've watched enough highlights on Sky Sports to have a manageable understanding of the game, and would have loved an opportunity to try out the demo, Frick!

I got it! Nah nah nah!

Haven't had much time to play it, but it was HARD! I had the worst time hitting. It seemed like you had to swing before the bowler....errr bowled it. I've watched enough cricket to understand they have to swing at everything, but the batter timing seemed goofy.
