    Online Franchise Code

I read that you need a code to join or start an online franchise. I want to know if this is true and will I be able to just buy it with microsoft points. Sort of like NBA Live released with a code for 365 ,but then you could buy it with microsoft points.

Who said Online Franchise will cost money?

    That's news to me.

What you are referring to is a code that comes with every new Madden 10. I think there is a code that is required to get into online franchise. It comes with the game and from what I read on IGN takes a few minutes to enter it. All I know is that for those who buy it used, hope that they didn't enter the code already.

@ Netherscourge No when you buy the game they say a code will come with it. But, what if I don't get it new will I never be able to experience Online Franchise?

Why wouldn't you just buy the game new? Used it would be 54.99 and if there was an option to buy a code, I'm sure it would take you over the cost of buying it new.

Well what if I want to rent it instead of spending the 60 bones to see if I like it, or if I have it on my gamefly list. The point is that they should have the OF at least able to be purchased though M$ marketplace or PSN

Well if it's anything like 365 was Live 09, it will cost you $19.99. I'd rather buy the game rather than see that go to waste (although I hear that you can elect to keep games from gamefly).

This picture might answer your question. It's supposed to be items you can buy in the Madden Shop. One of them is "Online Franchise".

What if a kid and his brother each want to do their own online franchises?

                              So, wait...

Does each purchased game come with one online franchise code?

Are you paying for each online franchise or the right to access online franchises?
