    Impact PLayers: Your Teams' 3

I feel that EA hasn't accurately identified all teams "Impact Players". If you could pick 3 guys from your team that you follow who would they be.

For Example, Sean Spence OLB Miami should be an impact player and he's not.

Please list as follows so we can incorporate this in the DK Redited Roster

    1. Team Name
    2. 3 Impact Players with Position
    3. Validate each players' case

    Thanks

Lol EA paid no attention to Stanford.

      1. Stanford

      2. RB Toby Gerhart
      S Bo McNally
      LB Clinton Snyder

      3. Gerhart broke the school record for rushing last year and had 8 100 yd games, but EA just ignored that I guess.

Bo McNally has led the team in tackles the last 2 years and even had a pick 6 on nat'l tv last year.

Snyder has been nominated for several defensive awards the last 2 years and has been a force in our linebacking corps.

Instead, our impact players are a fullback () our punt returning wideout and one more i cant remember.

        Marshall
        1. HB Darius Marshall
        2. TE Cody Slate
        3. DE Albert McClellan

I think Marshall and Slate are correct on the default. Slate and McClellan are both preseason All CUSA 1st team. Marshall is on the 2nd team. Slate was 1 of only 2 players in CUSA to be a unanimous pick for 1st team. McClellan came in 2nd for preseason CUSA Def. player of the year (he won the award as a Soph. in '07).

          ECU:
Patrick Pinkney QB #15 6th year senior QB already an impact player

CJ Wilson DE #95 preseason CUSA defensive player of the year

Van Eskridge S #4(seriously underrated on the game) Has been near the top of ECU's leading tacklers since his freshman year. Also near the top in picks. One of the best safties in the country.

            North Texas Mean Green
            Riley Dodge(QB), Tobe Nwigwe(MLB), Cam Montgomery(RB).

Dodge - Although he hasn't attempted a pass at the collegiate level, he's practically the face of the program for the upcoming season.

Nwigwe - The best player on the team. 111 tackles last season and the definite leader of the team.

Montgomery - Averaged about 6 yards per carry last season and is a very impressive athlete. Look for him to break the 1,000-yard mark with a solid offensive line and more carries this season.

              -1st team All-SEC
              - one of, if not the, best coverage corner in the country.

              4 MLB Micah Johnson
              -2006 All SEC Freshman Team
              -2nd team 2009 Preseason All-SEC

              18 WR/QB/PR Randall Cobb
              -2008 All SEC Freshman Team
              -Perhaps the best athlete on the team;
-The offense will be centered around his playmaking ability.

                1. Clemson
                2.
                • Spiller (Already one)
                • Ford (Already one)
                • Defensive End, Ricky Sapp

                3. He is one of the most dynamic defensive lineman in the country. He IS the best defensive player for Clemson. He is a senior. He tore his ACL late last season, but almost made it to the spring game this year. He is everything DaQuan Bowers is, but bigger.

For FSU It Should be Patrick Robinson Dekoda Watson and Jermaine Thomas. I would change it from Nigel Bradham to Watson. He is a preseason all ACC member.

GT I would change Derrick Morgan into Morgan Burnett he was 2nd team all american last year. Had 93 tackles and tied for lead with 7ints. He is the 3rd best safety in the nation.

                    Tennessee
                    • Eric Berry - no need to explain.
                    • Rico McCoy or Dan Williams - One of these guys is our second best defensive player, not sure which one though.
                    • Montario Hardesty - We're gonna be run heavy this year . . . and Bryce Brown can't be an impact player as a frosh . . .

                      UConn

                      1. MLB (Should be LOLB) #32 Scott Lutrus. Team's leading tackler last two years with over 100 each year.
                      2. ROLB #8 Lawrence Wilson OR CB #6 Jasper Howard, both impact defensive players. Edge to Howard because of returns.
                      3. QB #10 Zach Frazer, because there's no one else really worthy of impact player on offense.

                        Florida:

-Tebow: pretty much the definition of impact player.
-Spikes: same as tebow, but on defense.
-The last spot is a toss up. Id give it to Aaron Hernandez. SEC defensive coaches all said that Hernandez was the hardest guy to gameplan for on Floridas offense. Theres also guys like Dunlap, who isnt an every down guy but makes plays. Or any of the guys in the secondary. Joe Haden has been really impressive since he played QB in high school and not corner. Janoris Jenkins will be a beast, if he keeps his head on straight.

                          Louisville:

RB Victor Anderson - The definition of an impact player. As a redshirt freshmen Victor Anderson was the best running back in the Big East. Anytime you put the ball in his hands he had the ability to go all the way.

WR Scott Long - Despite being injured the entire year, Scott Long was able to play in 2 games, and he blew the doors off against USF. Louisville looked like a team that was ready to contend again on offense.

MLB Jon Dempsey - Led the Cardinals in tackles, and was a solid player amongst a group of solid LBers behind a terrible defensive line. He's not even in the game.

                          Honorable Mention:
DB Johnny Patrick - Could have replaced Dempsey on this list. He isn't spectacular, but he rarely gets beat. He is the lowest rated DB on the roster despite being rated in the 80s last year.
