Have they change Superstar mode, if they did what are the changes

Basically no. You still are a starter, no matter what your overall is. I don't understand why it's not like last gen madden, or Ncaa where you work your way up to start. That is why the Show is great.

Road to glory was Awesome too. I guess definitely not the same teams.

I'm pretty sure Ian said that Superstar mode wasn't a priority for them in this dev cycle and that it will get more attention in Madden 11. I understand the frustration but there were a few threads about this already.
