How do I split carries between my RB's?

I want Beanie to get about 12-15 and Hightower to get around 12-15. Do I have to do it manually or is there a way to do this in the options.

it's in the coaching options somewhere. i set it last week.

You can do formation subs..or are u talking about in simulation mode?

what I did is turn the fatigue rating up to 70%. And now it feels like I'm running a two/three back system. try it out

Just move your right stick in the playcalling screens.

How do I do formation subs. I have never done this in previous Maddens.

While you are picking a play, if you are on 360 try click rb on the running back position and it will let scroll are running backs and sub them out on that particular formation
