Looks Scripted

I know the moderators are going to get on me about this but the the zoom tackle scene after every tackle looks scripted and cartoonist. It's bugging the hack out of me and it take away from the very good looking tackle animation. In the red zone this view is not activated and you get a classic madden view which was my favorite. I love the game. Found good sliders and enjoying but hate that tackle view cut scene. Should have had an option to turn off.

I understand where you're coming from, but the tackle zoom doesn't really bother me.

I don't like it after every play either. They need to give us the option to turn this off or they need to tone it down, it shouldn't happen after every play. Ruins the mood for me.

I don't think its a big enough part of the game to have a turn off/turn on option. They should probably just take it out because I can't see it making anyone enjoy the experience of playing a game anymore or any less.

Agreed. This part just bugs the crap out of me. I wouldnt mind if the guy was completely tackled but the player being tackled isnt even on the ground yet and it cuts to the close-up. Hopefully this isnt in madden 11

the cut scenes happen to often, they are very abrupt and rough. they feel a bit forced. when the cut scenes kick in before the play is over is very annoying.

i wish i could turn them off.

Agreed. The cutscene after every play is completely unnecessary and detrimental to the flow of the game. I hate knowing exactly when the play is 'over'. It may sound strange, but I love those few seconds where you don't know exactly what's going on - whether the play is over, whether the runner is going to slip through the gang tackle and take it to the house ,etc.

I am glad somebody feel the way I feel about this issue. Dumb ideal to include this feature. Hopefully EA does what 2K baseball 08 did when they had a cut scene that was ground level everytime you throw to 1st base it was taking out in the first patch.
