Defensive TDs....sliders???
 

i made some slider adjustments, and i've gotten the passing game to play pretty realistic on both sides. unfortunately, i cannot figure out how to get rid of the pick sixes and scoop n' scores.

i play 15 min quarters w/25 sec runoff now, but i've use 20 and 15 sec. i think 25 though is the best but i like to make adjustments. idk, anyway, i've been trying to get the right balance of stats being good, game feeling good/playing good, and the points being realistic. i get the right amount of plays. about 60 per side on avg., but it is too high scoring. the biggest reason is because i get too many picks, and too many defensive TDs. but the more i lower the interceptions slider, the more i see players like Troy, drop picks that are automatic IRL.

the problem is that a lot of the time when the cpu does miss its a pick. i've gotten a lot more misses that aren't picks and almost eliminated the robo QB, but the interceptions and defensive TDs just won't go down. if i could ever get less TDs on defense, the scores would be perfect for the most part.

idk what to do b/c i want my guys to get picks when they can catch and it's thrown right at them, but i don't want it to happen so often, but i don't want a ton of CPU completions. its not like the worse i make the CPU passing game the INTs go up, they always stay the same. I get 2 picks almost ever game.

i was in a defensive game with the browns, then, i lit up the scoreboard the second half(mainly 4th Quarter) in part b/c of a pick six, and a scoop n' score. game ended up being like 50 something to 3 or 10. but at the half it was like 3-3 or 10-3. so idk what the problem is, b/c i am always lighting up the scoreboard, but not too much on offense. its the extra 7-14-or 21 points i get in a game due to D touchdowns, and KRs. my team is averaging like 45 points a game or something and it would be in the low maybe mid 30s b/c my offense has been playing very well, but nothing insane. the problem is that 40 something points per game after 7 or 8 weeks CAN happen, but probably shouldn't. especially with the steelers. we have a very good offense(hurt last year) but not that good.

The pursuit angles are horribly broken on int's, if you can get to the sideline guaranteed pick 6. The players are like 3 year olds with no concept of what an ANGLE is.

I got a 108 yard FG return for a touchdown, I broke one tackle and no one else even came close to me because of the horrible pursuit angles.

ya, you wouldn't think it would be TOO hard to make the players with the best "pursuit" rating take an almost perfect angle, while others take bad, but not insanely awful angels. this would then get a lot of MLBs more tackles b/c they usually have great pursuit ratings.

The angles offensive guys take after interceptions is pretty laughable. You actually have to be fearful of throwing a hail mary just because the chance the defender will intercept it and return it 100+yds is so great. I guess in a way it adds an added level of excitement to a play - but it's way too cartoonish to take

yeah horrible pursuit angles and the defenders turning around at times...the only thing to do right now really is tweak the sliders to reduce fumbles and INT's.

Offensive players pursuit is broken, no slider is fixing that.
