    BNR in a Zone Defense

I have seen users online in the online quick match ranked games that come out in a zone defense but bump the receiver during his route, alot of times its after the 5 yards permitted, but I was curious if anyone of you have seen this or know how to do this?

I've seen it ... and the first time I ever saw it, I immediately tossed it to my player, but it bounced off his head. I was trying to figure out where the defensive holding was ... or simple PI.

The new press coverage is so damn foolish.

It's like the developers couldn't figure out how to create an actual pass rush, so they added that to keep the ball in the pocket longer.

Yeah I've seen this also. My WR was a good 8 yards from the line of scrimmage and was getting mugged by a LB. I threw it to him expecting a PI but got no call, and to top it off it was picked off. Straight BS…

YES! I have been wondering this from day 1!!!

Seriously, I have seen it bad, real bad....like alomst past the 1st down marker.

And even the holds at the line take forever for ur WR to break.....

yea, my favorite sitting in the pocket waiting for my down and IN rcvd to appear in the upper rt of my view. Sometimes I'll get sacked waiting for him. After the sack, when the screen widens and I can see where he is, he is usually filing a police report for the mugging. Not cool.

Well, in college football there is no 5 yard permitted zone. You can jam a guy as far downfield as you like until the ball is in the air. There is no "illegal contact" penalty like the NFL, either it is Pass Interference (if the ball is in the air), holding (if the defender holds the guy), or it is legal (well, if you absolutely lay the guy out, it could be called unneccesary roughness).
