Updating rosters for 360?

Just curious as I noticed some of you guys are able to update the rosters manually for the PS3. Has anyone been able to do this for the 360? I can do an update but I don't know how to open the roster file. I have the transfer cable and xport360.

Any ideas?

Anyone have any idea with this? I don't know what program I have to use to actually open the roster file to add/edit, etc.
