    Franchise Weather All Wrong

Just simmed a season and i noticed that the temps of the games are all out of whack. I mean it was 90 degrees in Atlanta in November and still 90 in Jacksonville in December. It just seems that the temps are messed up all around. Played a game in Buffalo in December and it was a balmy 60 degrees, lol.

I simmed my franchise to 3567 AD and played at Soldier Field 16 (sorry Chicago Field 16). It was on top of a glacier. Ditka beat the packers 72 to tree

Just wondering, did you have it set to the "Real Weather" setting or whatevr? That was supposed to default off I think in Franchise... but if it's turned on, then it could be pulling in live data from August about what the temp in Atlanta or Jacksonville is

I couldn't even find the option for that in franchise. I was wondering that as well, but people are reporting playing in the snow and stuff. It isn't snowing in any nfl city right now, so I dont think that is the issue...

There is not a live weather option for offline franchise.

There's something going on with mine as well....I'm in Week 15 of my Franchise and every game has been completely sunny. I haven't even played in a cloudy game yet.

I haven't had a problem with the weather it seems like it's accurate with the season. however, my last couple of games at 4:15 have been night games.

                            Re: Franchise Weather All Wrong

Offline franchise weather is SCRIPTED. I play with the Washington Redskins, and I noticed by the 15th week, I'd only played in the sun. So i simmed through the playoffs, and took note of the temp etc. When I restarted and simmed again, what a surprise, all temp etc WAS THE EXACT SAME. I did this with Buffalo also, and once you begin a dynasty, the weather will be the same for the 16 games no matter what. So if you see it's sunny and 65 for your game in week six, save and turn off. Turn it back on and you'll see the same game will be sunny and 65. What a game killer for me. I can overlook the game stuff, but this is just crap. In NCAA 2010, the weather changes, one game it will be sunny, one rainy. Another broken aspect of Madden 2010.
