Edited with the rumored card after some re-shuffling:

BJ Penn vs. Diego Sanchez for the lightweight title
Kenny Florian vs. Clay Guida
Frank Mir vs. Cheick Kongo
Jon Fitch vs. Who The Hell Knows Anymore
Paulo Thiago vs. TBA
Paul Buentello vs. Todd Duffee

Insane card.

Evans vs Jackson should be awesome.

One of those fights where I don't care how long it goes, as long as Rashad gets his *** beaten again. I won't be too pleased if he wins, though.

That's a great card, and one that's gonna do huge numbers. BJ, Diego, Rashad, Rampage, and Mir are all top fighters who have had a ton of exposure thanks to TUF, and this card will have a lot of marketing behind it considering the huge UFC 106 card three weeks earlier and The Ultimate Finale one week earlier.

And seriously, poor Paulo Thiago. First three fights in the UFC are against Koscheck, Fitch, and Alves.
Penn + Black on Black Crime = Automatic buy.

I'll definitely try to get tickets to 107. That's an outstanding card if it holds up.
