I purchased Elite Status 7 days ago and have not been able to log into it. Everytime I go to log in it says "Unable to connect to EA servers at this time please try again later"...Is anyone else having this problem? Is there anyway around this? I would just write it off as a $5 loss but after playing my Online Franchise league games on All Madden I really like it. Any ideas or tips would be appreciated. Thanks

I am having the same issue as many others are according to other forums. I called EA and got some BS about the router and then they went on to say its a known issue and some are able to play while others are not able to connect. My question....is anybody able to play elite now? If it isnt going to be fixed I already asked for a refund and was told I would get one, Its only 5 dollars but its the principle...we will see...nice job EA. -

Haha good luck getting your money back. First they get your 60 bucks for a broken game then another 5 for DLC that should be free.Comment

i have the same problem. called EA and they were less than helpful. tried to say it was a playstation issue.
They escalated it to tier 3 who emails you (i have no idea how they planned to trouble shoot thru email). any ways got an email from tier 3 tech support. Saying This is what you should do with your XBOX.

It will never take off until they drop the quarters to 7 minutes. I know a bunch of people that never play it just because they don't want to commit to 10 minute quarters.Comment
