The three-team round robin tourney for the AL Central division title begins this weekend as the Tigers, Twins and White Sox play numerous games against each other for the final two weeks of the season. Should be exciting.

If the Tigers make the playoffs, I don't want to see Jarrod Washburn in the starting rotation, period.

^13th inning. Ethier is now our true clutch star. Manny has been on a steady nose dive. Dodger blue baby!

Cliff Lee got back on track last night. Good to see after a couple shaky starts.

Remember in the Jeter thread where I said Posada is a great leader and would make a great manager? Well I won't back off from that statement but boy at times the guy can be a real prick.

He basically instigated the brawl that took place last night.

Posada should've known better than to be such a baby. Carlson should've been backing up home plate instead of standing on the 1st base side like an idiot.

While both guys are at fault, the Yankees could've lost a lot more in that scrum.

You proved your point.
