I would like to know also (as I am sure everyone else would).

I am hoping sometime this week, seeing as tonight are the two MNF games that need to be played. I want to start my Jets franchise already (I would probably now, but Steve Weatherford, our Punter, is not in the game/latest update) and there is still plenty to be fixed for other teams.

I was expecting #4 last night but didn't get it.
And I heard the patch was going to be out early this week but I guess that's a no on that too.
Really looking forward to both of them though. The broadcast cam is gonna be awesome.

Rosters are usually on friday. last week week because the season started on Thursday, they did them early. the patch is either this week or next.

If I already started a franchise will I have to restart my franchise in order for the patch to take affect ?

The only thing you cannot update during a franchise are rosters. Other than that, technically I do not see a patch disrupting your current franchise. But don't quote me on that, only a dev from Tiburon or EA can truly answer that.

This is the big question I have for the guy doing the patch is can I start a franchise and not have to re-start it because of the new patch. Thats all I really wanna know. Im fine with the current online rosters although I guess I could take Bobby Wade over having Turk McBride on KC's roster lol.

I'm not the guy who does the patching, but, the patch will NOT affect you're franchise. It only does with roster updates because of injuries and signings and a whole lotta other issues. Every patch has been able to take affect in you're current franchise, theres no reason to believe this year will be any different.
