It depends on if you are hardcore or not. If madden is something you will play once a week or something then sure go ahead and buy it.

Thing is the hardcore football fans are gonna buy madden ever year regardless and the casuals will buy it too cause they dont notice or care about gameplay that much. So if you like football and dont care too much about the many flaws in the game and the repetitive gameplay. Then yeah go ahead.

its worth the used price like the other guy said so if you have an edge card go for it, and i have played this madden more than before.

a football game can get repetative though when you already know what the CPU is gonna do. like i can jump the snap every single time, they dont call a wide range of plays, especially on defense. they call too many all out blitzes, etc....

bro.. Madden10 is leaps and bounds more fun and exciting to play then M9 was regardless of what bugs and glitches it may have...M10 is just soooo much more fun to play...sounds weird saying that about a madden game but its a damn fun game of grid iron... M9 is no where near m10 in terms of excitment and the overall fun factor of this years game.

Lilke i said, some things hold it back from being the best game of football in a videogame but even so...it still holds its own as a solid game of football. Expect the upcoming patches to really iron out alot of kinks and bugs with the game as well..this game will hold you down until next year..no doubt, last year madden09 held me down for like two weeks...its been 5 weeks or so since i had the game and im not getting bored with it at all..and this is coming from a guy that worshiped NFL2k5.

Madden 10 is the best this gen Madden so far. It's one hundred times better than Madden 09 IMO.

saying madden 10 is way better then madden 09 isnt saying much dont hype the TC too much. Is it better then 09? yes it is. by a lot? not really maybe you should just wait till the 2nd patch. Is this game worth 60 bucks? HELLLL NO. If you buy it used for cheap then its worth it but if you plan on playing online franchise dont get your hopes up because if that code in the manual is already used then you have to pay to use online franchise.

Worth it? Not at all- search videos on youtube (i.e. Apexisfree, RyanMoody21) and look around on this thread for reasons to back up my answer.

i would rent it first before anything, bro. i happened to be lucky to be off the same day the game came out and played it at best buy. was it worth it to me? No.
