No AFL in second season in franchise mode?

I'm obviously in my second season with the Jets and none of the AFL game are available. This is a problem. I didn't pay for DLC to use in just one season.

Well you guys complain that EA lies about everything you see on Sunday right?

Next year the NFL will not celebrate the AFL 50 year anniversary because it will be year 51

so you will not see the old school games with refs in old gear.

So EA is giving you what you see on Sundays

All of a sudden they get the little things right. If that's the case they should have thrown in a prototype of the new Giants stadium, 'cause the Jets will be playing their next year.

The NFL is commemorating the AFL's 50th anniversary for the 2009-10 season. So if you enter the 2010-11 season in franchise, why would you ever expect the AFL thing to continue? Don't complain just to complain.

so then why dont they have the new jets/giants stadium in the game??? i mean, so that they can be authentic......they should at least give you the option to turn it on the following seasons

Yep. I didn't get to use in franchise mode. I was already in my second season when it came out.

That's exactly what I'm saying. We're still able to use the unis. It's not like they show us AFL presentation on Sunday's anyway. I'm sure this wasn't done deliberately, they will fix it in the second patch.
