7 min no runoff or 12 min 15 second runoff. That will give you about the right number of plays per game. Scores on the other hand may be inflated a bit.

I play 15 minute quarters with 15 second runoff.

I play 15 min Q's with 20 accel clokc runoff.

give me about 125-130 total plays. Which is about right.

In addition, you need to use custom sliders if you arent already for ealistic stats. I use DB's custom sliders.

I play 15 minute with 15 sec runoff. I get between 115 and 132 plays.

I suggest 9 min quarters no run off or 15 min w/ 15 sec runoff.

You don't get too many plays? Do you get enough penalties, cause that would help to get the right number with 15 minutes.

I've found 13 minutes with 15 second runoff for me has been the best.

I get anywhere from 120-130 plays per game and an average of 8-12 penalties a game combined between both teams.
