    Miami Dolphins, Wildcat, Tim Tebow

I started a Dolphins franchise and simmed the first season. I finished 8-8 so I traded a declining Chad Pennington and my 1st rounder to the Bucs for their first overall pick and a 3rd rounder so I could snag Tebow. He probably wasn't going to be the first pick overall but I wasn't taking any chances.

Anyways, Tebow is tailor-made for the Dolphins offense and he epitomizes a Bill Parcells type player. This is going to be a fun 'chise. I wish Madden had the Gators' spread option playbook. Highlight from Tebow's first game:

It seems you hosed the cpu team on that trade. Pennington and a 1st, and they gave you 1.1 and another pick back? Sheesh. Never mind they should have asked for much more from you in the first place.

Davone Bess is #15 and Tebow being the nice guy that he is took #16 instead.

Peyton Manning wore #16 at Tennessee. He didn't get to keep it.

Tebow is a fit in Miami's offense, but he (might) end up in Jacksonville due to the utter terribleness of David Garrard and a team that wants to play on the hometown hero factor. I suspect that CMU's Dan LeFevour would be a good pick for this style of play, too, as he his more on-the-ground than through-the-air. Tebow's prospect is falling fast as most draft analysts expect him to be a flash in the pan who won't transition very well into the pros. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Also, you totally ripped off the Bucs. Good job. :-)

Look at those guns on Tebow. Boy hit the gym!!!

I hate that all QBs from NCAA come into Madden with INSANELY huge arms. Freaks me out.

Different reasoning for the Manning one, but nice idea to keep things interesting

Got it. Peyton wanted to wear #18 in college in honor of his brother but it was taken.

Yeah I'm changing Davon Bess' number to 80 something and giving Tebow #15. It just doesn't look right any other way. NO ONE assigns a number to Tim Tebow. He assigns YOU a number.

WOW! Dude, Wow...To wish that on someone is low, like really low, especially a guy like Tim Tebow, aside from single handedly smashing the bowl hopes of Texas, and anyone elses favorite collegiate team, Tim Tebow is a really nice guy.

                      Wow.

I love playing with imported classes. Madden is so real when putting people on teams. In my franchise, Tim Tebow went to the Jaguars, Juice Williams went to the Bears, Sam Bradford went to the Broncos, Colt McCoy went to the Patriots, everyone always picks their team needs very good. But of course I came out on top, picking up Taylor Mayes, Javier Areanas, Riley Cooper, the big fullback from Alabama... and the man that played Safety with Taylor Mayes, think its Pickard... did I mention i'm the Cowboys....

Weird, the Patriots drafted Colt McCoy in my franchise as well. Bradford stayed in school for another year though. Yeah, the jags owner said he will draft Tebow in the first round if he's available.

Since when do owners talk about who they're taking in Madden...

I also traded Pennington for picks. Initially I started Chad Henne but I find that I'm much better with Pat White because I can move around behind the line of scrimmage and buy time for receivers to get open. I'm looking forward to drafting Darius Prior (generated class) to be my QB of the future with Pat White playing a support role.
