Where did my drafted players go?

Hello,
I manually drafted 7 players, let the cpu sign them for me, started preseason and they appear nowhere on my roster. Can anyone tell me what happened? Thanks

Look in the free agent pool...

P.S. Never let the cpu sign your draft picks or resign players...
