The rosters are based of Tovarichs roster update...we feel like he has the best roster base to go off of due to his hard work and dedication to getting all names and players information to the best, me and Jason_19 both contacted Tovarich on working on his roster to do this but he told us bother he rather wait until December to do it...so first off props go off to him

Due to the newest patch coming out, i decided to start up. You all know at the start i stopped becuase of the game progression being broken but with it working now i decided to start back up. Jason_19 another great roster maker PM me about possibility of teaming up and working together, and thats what going on now. I respect his work and he respects mine and I have the feeling we both have great knowledge on the game after seeing his rosters before. He used to base his work off mine in the past games so he is a respectable roster maker.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL GET

- These are first and foremost a re-rated roster to give teams there best real life resemblence

- These rosters will have equipment edits to them

- All players will have different faces, i have gone through the players and i randomized all the players faces so when you go through teams you wont see all the same ones

- Give us player equipment updates



WHAT YOU ALL CAN DO FOR US

- Give us all team information that would be needed for us to produced the best roster for you all. Let us know who could be added to each team or taken off.

- Injuries and suspension of players

Right now we are working on the SEC Conference and Pac 10 Conference




THERE IS NO TIMETABLE ON WHEN THESE WILL BE RELEASED AS A FINAL PRODUCT. WE WILL RELEASE A ROSTER UPDATE AFTER EACH CONFERENCE IS COMPLETED. WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE FINAL UPDATE DONE BY THE END OF THE MONTH

Does this mean you're not going to try to make guys (at least the higher profile ones) look like themselves? So we might see a blond hair/blue eye Tim Tebow or Sam Bradford?

Also with the faces...maybe I was imagining things, but it seems like even though the players all have face #1, their default face isn't actually face #1. For instance, I was trying to make Jimmy Clausen a blond and couldn't find one, but when I changed his face back to face #1, it wasn't his original face.

I think EA allows certain face types based on height/weight or something. Because there are blond faces in the game, but I couldn't find one available for Clausen. I'm pretty sure I tried all of them.

Tovarich messed up all of the freshmans' ratings because of the progression.. So i would fix them first

Matt told me that he is out of town for the weekend.

I was supposed to make some changes, but I didn't have as much free time as I thought I might. I had a small list of around 30 something players to correct (attributes, faces, size and equipment) that I started off with. Matt wanted me to do the Pac-10, but I just didn't have the time. I spent a few hours just trying to figure out the new attribute system and which ratings effect the overalls and how much they factor in. When Matt gets back, I'm sure he plans to start making changes again.

Now, to be clear, we haven't really discussed how we plan on rating players when looking at it from a "big board" perspective. EA has changed the overall rating system from past versions of NCAA Football. Many more attributes effect a player's overall rating now. It's almost impossible to rate fast players correctly without having their overall ratings too high. It's really difficult when they're a great player who has excellent speed.

We each have our own scales and bases, so, if they're too different, I don't know how much I can help out. We haven't even really discussed that part yet, but I do know that he used to rate players almost exactly like I used to on our PS2 NCAA Football roster sets.

We're not looking for debates on ratings, but suggestions with specific details and links (if available) are always helpful. I can't speak for Matt, but I have always welcomed specific and documented ratings suggestions.

Vince Vance, UGA's offensive lineman, he is black. Most of the roster creators make him white but he is black and he wears a big neck pad that is under his jersey. Looking forward to checking these out. You guys have some serious competition because Luvtotha9s has a great set!

Makes sense...if you're going to change them, make them look as close to the real guy as possible. Otherwise, what's the point?

Here are some updates based on Tovarich's roster:

MISCELLANEOUS:

Sam Bradford (Oklahoma QB) has red hair. Should be dark. I think I used White Face 20.

Jimmy Clausen (ND QB) has dark hair. I couldn't find a blond face.


MIAMI:

Could move one of the OL to LT. J. Fox is currently the only LT. Perhaps RG B. Washington.

HB S. Harris is currently the highest rated HB on the team, yet only has 2 carries IRL. He should be #3 on the depth chart.

HB D. Lewis should be the #1 HB and leads the Big East in rushing. He's currently rated 79, which may be fine, as long as it's comparable to other top performing true frosh HBs.

HB R. Graham should be #2 HB on depth chart. He's also a solid HB, but I wouldn't rate him as high as Lewis.

HB K. Collier can be moved to #3 FB. He listed as a FB IRL.

WR O. Turner should be the #2 WR.

TE D. Dickerson - maybe up his rating into the low/mid 80s. He's currently #2 in team receptions. Byham is still the better TE and should remain at #1 on the depth chart.

DL Nate Nix is not on the roster. Replace LE T. Tucker, who is not listed on Pitt's roster.

DT Caragein should be the #3 on the depth chart and/or rated higher than Alecxih. Caragein has 20 tackles in 6 games. Alecxih has 5 tackles in 5 games.

LOLB M. Gruder should be rated higher, maybe 78 or 80 OVR. He is #2 on team tackles. I wouldn't rate him higher than MLB Gunn though.

FS E. Fields should be 6-2/225. Move to #1 FS. Lower Taglianetti's rating and move to #3 FS.

SS J. Holley should be medium face/dark hair. Move to #2 FS. Possibly increase rating into low 70s.

P Hutchins should be the starting punter and field goal kicker.

HB J. James. Could bump rating up to 90 OVR. He does lead the team in rushing and has nearly 1 YPC more then Cooper. Could also move to #1 on depth chart, although he and Cooper both start.

HB Damien Berry is not on the roster, but is the #3 in team rushing IRL. Could use LE Courtney Harris, who has no stats and is not listed on roster.

WR - Depth chart should be Byrd, Hankerson, Benjamin, A. Johnson. I wouldn't change any of the player ratings, just the depth chart.

RG Figueroa should be #1 on depth chart.

DT J. Joseph should be #1 or #2 on depth.

Starting CBs should be B. Harris and S. Shields. You may want to increase Harris to an 88 and Shields to an 87/86, then lower R. Hill, Van ****, and Grant to the 86 to low 80s range.

SS Jared Campbell is not on the roster, but started the Oklahoma game. He has 11 tackles in all 5 games. I would put him at #2 SS on depth chart, just going by stats. SS Nicolas has 10 tackles in 3 games.

well i can say this for both of us when we dont really care about competition or not. Cause this is a file we will both use for our own dynasties so in the end its good for us and if people like the file and wanna play with it than they can.

Do you have an updated file we can download? It's hard to give you suggestions if you already have them him. I've been looking at Tovarich's last update.
